Ellie Huff is a freelance Director, Producer, Designer, Animator, Photographer, and Artist. She uses the overall term “Creator.” Currently living out of Bozeman, MT – she also has connections to Colorado being her hometown. She is currently in her senior year at Montana State University with a BFA in Integrated Lens Based Media.

 

Ellie has been in the outdoor industry/creating commercial work for a few years. Working alongside athletes and companies, with an emphasis on female inclusion in the outdoor space. She is the founder and Director of the non-profit production company “Novia Productions” – about to release her second major ski film that will premiere across the nation Fall 2024 “Unwritten.” Currently an iF3 nominated film. She directed, produced, edited, and animated for this film. Novia Productions focuses on encouraging more females to get into the outdoor industry in front of and behind the lens.

 

She has also worked with Mission Ranch, a creative studio in Bozeman, MT and has been producing for Level 1 Productions, a production studio out of Denver, CO. Ellie has a unique step in the door when it comes to snowsports, growing up in the Freeride World Qualifiers circuit.

 

Ellie is a creator behind the lens and beyond. She is an artist in all realms of her life and likes to bring that unique perspective into her work. She wants to “inspire through creativity” telling and showcasing a diverse range of stories.
